1. Controller
Myloot is the controller for personal data processed through sagorae.com. Contact: rpjgthomas@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
We process account details, profile preferences, manuscripts and planning content, subscription status, writing statistics, and support messages to provide and secure the service. Stripe processes payment data; Sagoræ does not store card numbers.
3. Your private writing
Your novels, chapters, and notes are private unless you explicitly share or publish them. Your manuscripts are never used to train AI models. When you request an AI-coaching action, the necessary passage is processed to produce that response and is not submitted for model training.
4. Legal bases and retention
We process data to perform our contract, meet legal obligations, protect the service, and—where required—based on consent. Account data is retained while your account is active, then deleted after the applicable safety and legal-retention periods.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal data. Account tools let you export your data and request account deletion. EEA/UK users also have GDPR rights and may complain to their supervisory authority. US residents may contact us to exercise applicable state privacy rights. Sagoræ does not sell personal information.
6. Service providers and transfers
We use service providers including Base44 for hosting, Stripe for payments, and AI-model providers for requested coaching responses. Appropriate contractual and security safeguards apply to service-provider processing and international transfers.
7. Cookies and analytics
Sagoræ uses essential session and local-storage technologies. The public site may use analytics configured through Google Tag Manager to understand traffic and improve the service. Applicable consent controls and browser choices are respected where required.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is isolated by account. No online service can promise absolute security; we maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and notify affected users when legally required.
